These tablets are a great way to turn a bottle of water into a quick sports drink. The tablets are an alternative to a powder additive, in a much more compact method. These quickly dissolve after putting them into a still cup of water, and would go even faster shaking it up in a bottle.

The flavor had a strong citrus element to it for the lemon lime type. Nothing too crazy for myself or my son. Overall for biking or sports events these work quite well without the mess of a scoop.

I've been using them after my workouts, and they've made a huge difference in my hydration and energy levels post-workout. The lemon-lime flavor is probably the biggest selling point for me--it's SO yummy and refreshing and not too sweet that I end up wanting to drink them even when I don't need extra hydration. They're sugar-free and have electrolytes, so I'm hydrated without feeling bloated or extra calories. The tube bundle is also really convenient, so I can easily keep a few tablets in my gym bag.

This is a tablet that she adds to her water bottle. It does slightly fizz when she first adds it in, but not anything extreme. She says that the taste is ok, a bit more salty than others she has tried, however, it will not fully dissolve and leaves a residue on her water bottle. She has even tried to let one sit all day in the water and use a frother and it still will not fully dissolve. She has been very hesitant to continue adding this to her water.

The flavor of these is good (personal preference I know) but in addition to the flavor I like that they come as several tablets in an easy to transport vial. I throw these in my shaving kit and use them in airports and hotels with bottles of water as I don't seem to drink enough plain water with no flavoring. I can't really speak to the nutritional value, you can look at the ingredients yourself to make your own decision, nor can I say I notice any health differences using them. I just know that they give me an easy way to make water taste good so that I drink more of it

I was pleasantly surprised both by the pleasant taste and ease of use. I sweat heavily and lose electrolytes through out the day often needing a boost. I love the ease of use of these tablets. They are easily portable. Pop a tablet in my cold water and it dissolves quickly. Even without stirring I noticed very little residue and noticed none at all while drinking. The taste is pleasant and not overwhelming with very little aftertaste.
