Shipping policy

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer FREE SHIPPING for specific shipping options on select products to select destinations, or FREE SHIPPING sitewide.

SHIPPING TIMING

Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping.

TITLE TO PRODUCTS

Purchases of product are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International orders (especially to Europe) may have have additional duties to clear customs that will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.  We are not responsible for any duties or fees that may be required by customs.  This is subject to change but currently we do NOT offer a FREE SHIPPING option for international orders.  Shipping cost for International Orders will be calculated based on the destination address.
