How much water should I use?

Generally, 16oz is recommended per tablet, but you can use less water for a stronger taste or more water to lessen the flavor. You can also break a tablet in half and add to 8oz for a smaller drink.

How often should I use Drinklits?

Enjoy one tablet a day for a regular boost, and up to three a day to stay fully hydrated. For our immunity products use up to two tabs each day.
