Reviewing this after I have used up all of the tablets! These have a nice citruss-y orange flavor. I primarily add them to my water bottles when mountain biking and they do work better than plain water in keeping me hydrated. The tablet form is another major bonus as I can just carry them in my travel bag and they will not make mess when added to water.

Tried these out with a couple other people. One of them went out and bought some tubes of his own shortly thereafter. They taste good, dissolve and fizz well. I like that they are sugar free, but don't have too many in one day since they do have sugar alcohols in them. That's my only gripe about them. Overall, I'd get them again.

I usually carry my water bottle around with me and drink from it throughout the day, but I wanted to try these tablets to see if I could have flavored water from time to time without the added calories. The first time that I tried the tablets, I had just refilled my water bottle and it was about an hour before bedtime. The tablet dissolved relatively quickly in my bottle. Once I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised...great lemon-lime taste and not overly sweet or artificial-tasting. It tasted so good, I easily polished off my water bottle and refilled with another tablet. Needless to say after downing both of those bottles just before bedtime, I was up in the middle of the night.
Great tablets; I'll be a return customer.

There are a lot of options out there for ensuring proper hydration during exercise. These Drinklits tablets have great flavor, making them enjoyable to use and also helping to ensure you actually hydrate.

Included in the package are four tubes with 10 tablets each. The tablets are approximately the same diamater as a quarter and about 1/8 inch thick. I would suggest leaving them in the tube so they remain intact (rather than putting in a ziplock, for example).

I am using these for biking in hot weather. I'm talking about riding for several hours in sunny conditions from 80-100F. In these conditions you need to be consuming 12-24 oz. per hour of water, depending on body mass, but you also need to replace your electrolytes lost due to sweating. From experience, if you don't replace electrolytes at minimum you will feel like crap later in the day and possibly the next day as well. You might get heat stroke during the activity if you are unlucky.

These electrolyte tablets will keep you out of trouble. Personally I take one per hour.

Dropping a tablet into a typical bike water bottle (22 oz Camelbak squeezable plastic), I found that they dissolve quickly and completely (which is not the case for every type of electrolyte tablet). I was surprised to find strong flavor in my 22 oz of water, despite the instructions advising one tablet per 16 oz.

I like the flavor very much. It is a highly pleasant lemon lime, with no weird aftertaste of artificial sugars. That's despite there being no sugar in these.

And, they work as expected. No ill effects from heat while riding with these and plenty of water.

So I was happy with these and I definitely will continue using them.

These tabs taste good and provide a small percentage of the daily value %DV of many minerals which makes them good for hydration.
The taste is mild and not overpowering citrus flavor which is welcome. The sweetness is from Stevia which is a good choice for sweetener.
The tabs melt and fizz slowly but ultimately they do dissolve well.
The tabs are packaged in well made tubes.
I am not sure why it contains soy which is a turnoff if you're soy intolerant.
The cost of $0.75/tab is not too bad but maybe high for some.
