Generally, 16oz is recommended per tablet, but you can use less water for a stronger taste or more water to lessen the flavor. You can also break a tablet in half and add to 8oz for a smaller drink.

Wanted to like it . . .

First off, I really appreciate the concept of this product; very eco-friendly! It?s easy to carry around with you and dissolves quickly. My partner and I both tried it. I thought the main ginger lime taste component was pretty good, but see below. My partner thought it was too strong and complained of a tingly feeling on the tongue. The one big problem: sorbitol, which I think has a strange aftertaste and can upset sensitive stomachs (like mine). I wish the company had used only stevia as the sweetener. If the aftertaste and effects of sorbitol don?t bother you, this product may be for you.

Citrus sport drink

These tablets are a great way to turn a bottle of water into a quick sports drink. The tablets are an alternative to a powder additive, in a much more compact method. These quickly dissolve after putting them into a still cup of water, and would go even faster shaking it up in a bottle.

The flavor had a strong citrus element to it for the lemon lime type. Nothing too crazy for myself or my son. Overall for biking or sports events these work quite well without the mess of a scoop.
